At BRADYNEST we offer much more than accommodation. We are a local initiative created with the desire to offer students a place where they can feel at home.
We are driven by the desire to create a warm, safe and functional environment where every detail is designed for your well-being and comfort during your university years.
Where we come from and where we are going
BRADYNEST was born from BRADYBUNCH, a family business with more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector in Lleida
In 2022 we decided to adapt two of our apartments to accommodate university students, listening to their real needs and committing to a new way of understanding coexistence.
Our goal is to create a small community where respect, tranquility and comfort are the basis of day-to-day life. We like to take care of the spaces… but above all we like to take care of the people who live there.
